I offer effective support and guidance, providing clients with a therapy experience that is approachable, collaborative, and affirming.
I have specialized training in mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, family resilience, and couples therapy. I utilize evidence-based interventions while incorporating attachment theory and mindful self-compassion.
Together, we will gain insight into how patterns impact your well-being. Then, we can work to break old cycles and develop new strategies to feel better.
I am passionate about supporting new and expectant parents. I also enjoy working with adults and couples to address a variety of concerns, including marriage and relationships, communication and closeness, anxiety, stress, and transitions.
My office is conveniently located in Midtown Nashville, close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. I also offer virtual sessions to clients in Tennessee and Kentucky.
