I am specialized in Play Therapy for kids and adolescents struggling with anxiety, family conflict, or divorce/separation. I also work with adults struggling with life transitions, career issues, and dating.

I was able to accept myself and find tools to lessen my anxiety and longing for perfection through my own therapy journey. I aim to now give back.
