I use an integrative approach, utilizing evidenced based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), act and commitment therapy (ACT), solutions focused therapy (SFT), brainspotting (BSP), and mindfulness.
My job is to work collaboratively with you to tailor a treatment plan that is as unique as you. You are the expert on your own life, my role is to walk with you and guide you as you embark on your journey of self-discovery.
I was influenced to pursue becoming a therapist through my own experience in navigating through mental health and substance abuse issues with family.
