I am very direct but give you all the opportunity to reject what my opinion might be. I attempt to hope you find the beliefs that may be driving your behavior in negative fashion. My training is to work with everyone involved.

Together, we will:

Explore what subconcious beliefs you may have that are causing issues for you. I.e. believing people will leave you if you are honest so you are overly pleasing and hang onto toxic relationships. I hope to help you find permanent change.

I became a therapist because:

Having overcome some challenges in my life I was hoping to help others. That spurred a lifelong desire to learn more about people's issues.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth through a video program only. PLEASE NOTE: To set an appointment it must be by phone call only. I wont text you for scheduling.
