My clients describe me as:

I have been in the mental health field for 16-years, since 2007, and I have been licensed as a professional counselor for 12-years, since 2011.

Something to know about my approach is:

My counseling approach is based on a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches. I listen for client's concerns, needs, and dreams and encourage them, and align myself as their team member to help them achieve those things in their lives.

Together, we will:

I want my clients to feel completely accepted, encouraged, and empowered. The client and I work together to help him or her to achieve those qualities.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people who struggled with addiction, OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship turmoil, and many others.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up in a family with mental health issues and leaned quickly that mental illness runs parallel with other medical issues - all need addressed.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I only offer therapy on Zoom. This way it cuts back on getting out on the busy roads. Zoom prevents us from having to deal with traffic stress.

More about me and my practice:

I like to help others to feel accepted and worthy. I have had to work hard to build my own self-confidence and now like to show others how to do the same. When we are self-confident, "the sky is the limit".
