I specialize in working with high-functioning women and couples caught in overthinking, anxiety, and survival patterns like people-pleasing or self-abandonment. My clients are often exhausted from managing everyone else's emotional temperature and are ready to set clear boundaries, trust their intuition, and build mutual, secure connection.

I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people see themselves and their relationships from a new perspective. I chose Marriage and Family Therapy because systems theory recognizes that no person exists in isolation. Our experiences are complex, our relationships matter, and therapy should be tailored to the whole person.

I am an LMFT offering 100% telehealth sessions to individuals and couples in Tennessee and Nevada. My practice is out-of-network (superbills provided). I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT skills, and the Gottman Method with practical, direct guidance to help you create lasting relational change.
