Q&A
I like to create a safe space for my clients to open up and feel comfortable as they explore and process their emotions in our session.
I do remote counseling via telehealth and I’ve found that although it can feel odd to do therapy through a screen at first, it allows you to be in your own space and feel safe enough to open up even more so than in a therapy office!
Work through past and present traumas and find the root of the cause of the anxiety you’re feeling about the future. We will also learn tools for you to use in your everyday life. Counseling is such a small part of that, but can make a huge impact.
Identify as women going through a transition in their life. Transitions in life happen often and this could range from going through the termination or loss of a pregnancy to becoming a first or second time Mom.
I value being there for people in a way that is beyond friendship or partnership- we all need to feel heard and understood.
Is that it can be from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth is wonderful because of the flexibility it offers my clients, especially busy moms!
I am completely Telehealth as that is what works best for me and my clients! The ease of meeting for our session in the comfort of your own space is so helpful for the therapeutic relationship!
