I use Internal Family Systems and Emotion Focused Therapy to help people build healthier relationships, feel more confident in themselves, and live a life that actually fits who they are. I also use EMDR for facilitating trauma healing.

Are trying to keep it together on the outside, but inside they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they really are. A lot of the folks I work with are BIPOC, immigrants, or first-gen, and they're looking for a space where they are understood.

As a first-generation East African, I know how important it is to find a therapist who understands non-Western cultures. I'm committed to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
