May be struggling with self-esteem issues, life transitions, and relationship anxieties. I also love working with couples, including premarital work. We’ll address patterns that once protected you, but may now hinder meaningful relationships.

When I was a nurse, I realized I desired to help in a different way—by creating space for people to share and be heard in their hardest moments.

I offer virtual only services to Texas and Washington State residents.
