work together to process and reflect on ways to create the desired changes you seek and develop some goals for achieving them together. In addition, it's about uncovering the strengths and resiliency within you in order to effect positive change.

I specialize in working with people who:

are looking for help regarding relationships, life transitions, or anxiety. I mainly work with individuals who are struggling to work through a current stressor or change and need help processing and setting goals.

I became a therapist because:

I was a social worker first! I enjoy working with people to identify areas that need improvement and helping them achieve goals and meet needs.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I use humor and don't just say "and how does that make you feel?" I am conversational and my clients comment on that often!
