Struggle with self-doubt, shame, and overall not feeling "good enough." You may have been told this message directly or indirectly, but somehow, it's become your inner voice even though it's left you feeling deeply unsatisfied.

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the healing power of connecting with another person who knows and accepts you at your deepest level, even the ugly parts we try to hide.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is a calm and inviting space. I like for clients to feel comfortable, and I offer fidgets and snacks to help put them at ease.

I love my work as a therapist and became inspired to become a counselor after experiencing the life-changing effects of therapy for myself and my family. My greatest passion is helping clients feel validated, empowered, and truly seen!
