I truly believe that most people inherently know what’s best for them, so my approach is primarily client-centered. Sometimes tapping into that self-knowledge and self-awareness can be such a challenge with all the noise infiltrating our daily lives.

I have a special interest in women’s issues - particularly postpartum mental health, societal challenges faced by adolescent girls and young women entering early adulthood.
