I believe that change and freedom comes from a safe, therapeutic relationship. I have seen that by sharing practical skills and processing one’s past and present, you can have hope for the future! I am trauma informed and also use CBT/DBT.

Make a plan that fits your needs and start to process the pain, confusion and relational issues you are facing. I will gently challenge your unhealthy coping skills and unhealthy thought patterns. I will be a safe place to process your trauma.

-Have experienced trauma or have PTSD -Struggle with Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or Faith Issues -Need healing from church hurt -Are grieving -Need to Process Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, and Postpartum Issues -Have experienced Infidelity

I became a therapist because:

I easily connect with all types of people, we have the ability to change (our brains are like plastic), and my own personal experience in counseling.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I do Walk & Talk therapy for clients who don't want to be in an office or online! This is available in Corpus, Mont Belvieu, Humble, and Houston, TX.

More about me and my practice:

I have a special place in my heart for postpartum moms, those with church hurt, and perfectionists. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, college football, and walking in Buffalo Bayou Park with my husband, Chase, and golden-doodle, Cooper.
