An empathetic listener that provides a safe space to be vulnerable. We talk about serious things but there is always room for laughter.
Something to know about my approach is:
I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities in order to best serve my clients. My job is to find what works best for you. The primary goal is to improve your mental health… the road do mental health looks different for everyone.
Together, we will:
Develop healthy coping skills, emotions, thought patterns, and relationships. Address faulty thinking and behavior. Most importantly, work together to improve your overall mental health and well-being.
I specialize in working with people who:
Feel stuck. Whether it is stuck in a rut, a bad situation, a toxic environment, faulty thought patterns, sadness, depression, or anger…just stuck in life some how. I specialize in helping clients get unstuck.
I became a therapist because:
I taught private voice lessons for 15 years. My favorite part of teaching was helping students work through difficult feelings.
