I integrate various holistic techniques like meditation and mind body techniques to address the source of distress instead of focusing on symptom reduction. Coping skills are absolutely helpful, but I want to help you use those skills less often

I specialize in working with people who:

I have a passion for working with folks in helping professionals and caregivers (i.e. nurses, doctors, CNAs, architects, parents, and other therapists) who are high achieving perfectionists, people pleasers, and burned out.

I became a therapist because:

I'm naturally empathetic, an active listener, and caring. I started my career in research, but realized I prefer working with people more than data!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

You can work with me anywhere in Texas, as long as it is private! I frequently have clients meet in their parked car or in a closet away from family
