I aim to help you identify and feel emotions as they show up in the body, and I use parts work as a way to identify root causes and effectively manage your inner critic. What we resist persists, so practicing acceptance can also help heal.

delve into your past, present, and future, as well as practice mindfulness, breathing, expressive arts, and somatic techniques. We will use somatic and parts therapy to build tolerance and acceptance of your emotions and inner parts.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with trauma, grief, PMDD, anxiety, suicide loss, chronic illness, sex worker issues, OCD, body dysmorphia, life transitions, relationship issues, postpartum, self-esteem challenges, or depression.

I became a therapist because:

I believe therapy can be a transformative and valuable tool in the healing of trauma. Everyone deserves to have a safe person to open up to.
