I have room for in-person sessions on Wednesdays, and virtual Mon-Thurs. Evening hours available!
My clients describe me as:
encouraging, collaborative, accepting, non-pathologizing, creative, caring, and flexible.
Something to know about my approach is:
I strive to provide a judgement-free, safe space where you can fully express your authentic self, as well as deeply feel and explore all emotions.
Together, we will:
delve into your past, present, and future, as well as practice mindfulness, breathing, expressive arts, and somatic techniques.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling with trauma, grief, PMDD, anxiety, suicide loss, chronic illness, OCD, body dysmorphia, life transitions, relationship issues, postpartum, or depression.
I became a therapist because:
I have suffered from loss and mental health struggles in the past, and I want to help others learn to accept themselves and their feelings, as I have.
More about me and my practice:
I work from a basis of person-centered and somatic counseling, utilizing techniques from a variety of other theories as needed. Ultimately, I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I would be honored to walk by your side on your journey.
