I specialize in working with people who:
I work with young professionals who feel like they mostly have it together (maybe thinking "I'm just complaining, other people have it worse than me.") but are really struggling to live the life they want: one that's meaningful, full & whole.
I became a therapist because:
The exploration of the mind is an endless journey: being a guide to others as best I can along the way fills me up in ways that are hard to describe.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is a sanctuary of tranquility and fascination. I use color, texture, smell, sound and nature to create a safe space we can explore in.

I also recently became a Registered Yoga Teacher after completing a 200 hour training.
I love making arts & crafts, practicing yoga/meditation and being outdoors.
