Start with the intake phase, which I learn more about you and what you hope for, as well as gather historical/familial history. Then, we talk more about your goals in-depth and I offer ideas about treatment. Then we get started on your therapy path!

I specialize in women ages 27-45 experiencing anxiety, life transitions, burnout, people pleasing, difficulty understanding or "feeling" emotions, high achieving professionals, relationship issues & enrichment, and women’s issues.
