As an IFS therapist, I believe that even the parts of ourselves we want to change most have served us at some point. I help clients explore their parts, gain somatic awareness, release shame, and increase emotional and nervous system regulation.

Develop a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship as our foundation. I support clients to connect with themselves, their emotions, and body sensations. You'll learn to regulate your nervous system, honor your parts, and have healthier relationships.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have specialized experience in couples and sex therapy, and advanced training supporting neurodivergent individuals and their relationships. I love working with queer, trans, and PolyA populations.

I became a therapist because:

I experienced the transformative power of this work firsthand. As a client, I was stuck in the echoes of childhood trauma- therapy changed that.
