Immediate availability for in person, virtual, and walk + talk! (Mon-Thurs 11am-7pm)
My clients describe me as:
Genuine, compassionate, and holistic. I will meet you where you are in life and work collaboratively with you.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use mindfulness techniques including breath and body work, as well as traditional talk therapy in order to help you to connect with yourself and understand your experiences on a deeper level.
Together, we will:
Explore your early experiences and relationships and identify the ways that they affect you today. You will release negative beliefs about yourself and develop ways of thinking that allow you to live the life you deserve.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have experienced intergenerational trauma, religious and spiritual trauma, or are Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA). Individuals struggling with self-esteem, body image, and relationship issues.
I became a therapist because:
I want to help people give their inner child a voice. We can break unhealthy patterns. We all deserve to live a life that honors who we really are!
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer in person sessions, virtual sessions, and walk + talk sessions at Pease Park in Austin!
More about me and my practice:
I believe in a holistic model of healing that encompasses all aspects of the self- physical, spiritual, and interpersonal! When we know ourselves more deeply, we can cultivate self-compassion and radical self-acceptance, and make lasting changes.
