I help my clients reduce shame and develop a sense of pride in themselves by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and other people. I do this by helping you slow down and unpack the complexities of what you are going through. I'll help you connect with your inner truth to build the life you want for yourself.

We will pave a path toward authentic self-acceptance and self-expression. I want to help you reconnect with your innate inner wisdom so that you can live more confidently, authentically, and fully. This means we may at times decide to focus on exploring and challenging old patterns, working through relational wounds, or confronting the inner critic.

A calming and attentive presence. I strive to create a genuine connection where you can feel understood and gently (yet firmly) challenged toward growth. I'll be engaging and participatory in our work, while always respecting your autonomy, agency, and giving you the space to explore your life and inner experience more deeply.

I help deep-thinking and deep-feeling individuals explore the inner patterns that impact how they show up in relationships—whether that’s struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or an overactive inner critic—so they can build healthier, more authentic connections.

I’ve greatly benefited from psychotherapy as a longtime client myself. I know what it’s like to struggle existentially, emotionally, and relationally. It's incredibly moving to me to be let in on the vulnerable details that my clients entrust to me. Most of all, I want to be of service to others. I care deeply about humanity and the human condition.

I believe that being a therapist is my vocation, my calling in life. I cherish getting to know each of my clients in all their complexities. I am LGBTQIA-affirming, body and sex positive, anti-racist, and feminist in both my therapeutic approach and personal value system.
