Warm, inviting, compassionate and collaborative. I bring a deep sense of respect, openness and authenticity to our work together.
I will invite us to pause and be curious, so that new perspectives and possibilities can emerge in your life as we work together. Once we have established a safe and supportive connection, we'll get to work- and I'll be beside you 100% of the way.
Work to increase your self-actualization, foster growth, and unlock new avenues of connection. Diving beneath the surface of behaviors & coping, we will explore and address the underlying causes of your distress, to help you gain insight and healing.
Have trouble connecting with themselves or others, or have experienced trauma that makes that difficult, or hold identities that they are often asked to cover. I welcome you to be your full, authentic, wild and quirky self during our time together.
Like you, I was looking for healing, connection and understanding- which therapy helped me find. I'd love to help you find what you need to thrive.
I offer in-person therapy in a warm and welcoming space, with comfy couches, tea, fidgets, & full length windows to let in light and nature.
I started Progress Therapy to offer a fully inclusive and affirming space to LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiverse humans, and those that need in-person therapy to get the most they can out of our time together.
