My priority is to offer a therapeutic space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything: showing up is "good enough." I bring compassion, honesty, and humor into sessions because I believe authenticity matters. I call myself a relational therapist because many of our wounds are formed in relationships, and that’s where repair and growth can begin, too.

If you’ve felt disconnected from your body, relationships, or identity, you’re not alone. Many of us learn to play roles -- the perfect one, the caregiver, the “normal” one -- while hiding trauma, dissociation, or disordered eating. As a therapist, I’ll walk with you as you reconnect with yourself and find healing.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own body and story. My own experience with healing showed me the power of connection, and I wanted to offer that same steady, compassionate presence to others who are searching for relief and belonging.
