ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
Three words that describe my style are:
Something unique about my approach is:
I integrate Sandtray, trauma informed care and somatic experiencing with clients.
Together we will explore:
Circumstances in relation to who and how we are, courage to change the things we can, and acceptance of circumstances that we cannot.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with disorders that cause impairment in intrapersonal, social, occupational and relational areas of their lives. I also offer services to anyone wanting to work on their general mental health and wellbeing.
I became a therapist because:
I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, adolescents, veterans, active duty, and first responders.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
that we provide family friendly services in a remote and discrete location in Austin.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Craft, hike, read, travel, work out, and spend time with my family, friends and dogs.
