You’ll find my counseling style to be relaxed, warm, direct, and collaborative while never underselling the value of humor and connection.
I use several treatment modalities in my work, however, the most important aspect of therapy is ensuring you feel safe, heard, and respecte in the therapeutic relationship.
Relearn how to love yourself and feel more connected in your relationships and to the world around you. In therapy we can work to increase your feelings of self-worth, improve relationships, and reignite that spark that has been seemingly lost.
If this fits you, we may be a good match: difficulty connecting with yourself or others, struggles with relationships, insecurities creating a barrier to vulnerability, struggling to manage difficult emotions.
I believe we are all interconnected and deserve (and need) to be in community. Therapy helps me connect to the power of community in a meaningful way.
My office overlooks a greenbelt. During your session you'll be able to look out the windows and see calming trees and wildlife.
My counseling practice will always be a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, ethnicity, race, creed, sexuality, religion, or other.
