I have worked with those that are navigating relationships, breakups, career pivots, making and breaking habits, grief, and anger. I offer EMDR and other therapies to help you process challenging experiences, emotions, and trauma.

I became a therapist because:

From a young age, I knew working with others in this capacity was my calling probably because listening, helping, and empathy come naturally to me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am currently available for teletherapy (video) and in-office sessions. Established clients can even choose to do walk and talk outdoor sessions.
