People learn to look at their patterns of behavior and what is no longer working AND how to make changes. Getting to the person you want to be and having the relationships you want to have is my goal for you.
Together we will explore:
We will explore shame and guilt, issues within past relationships, family of origin issues and where you learned how to have a relationship. We will look at core beliefs and the self-talk that supports or disagrees with these core beliefs.
