Monday thru Thursday between 9am and 2pm
My clients describe me as:
The person in their life who helps them speak their unspeakables.
Something to know about my approach is:
I specialize in using Brainspotting (very similar to EMDR) to (re)process trauma, suffering, fears, and stuck places to help people experience relief and a greater sense of groundedness and embodiment.
Together, we will:
Discover and explore the patterns in your life and relationships, the dynamics needed in your life for change, growth or healing, and how to create meaning from your history and unique circumstances.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are in the perinatal/peripartum time period. Any parent (male or female) who is expecting a child, has a new child, who has lost a child, or who has experienced birth trauma.
I became a therapist because:
I grew up in a dysfunctional home and want to help people heal from harm, prevent harm, and create meaning, joy, and peace for themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer in-person sessions, online sessions, Walk and Talk sessions, and Nature sessions.
More about me and my practice:
I am married with two young sons whom I had a little later in life. My practice as a therapist includes a commitment to my own therapeutic work.
