My work is informed by queer theory, mind-body experiences, and intersectionality. That means we seek to understand what’s inside of you, what’s outside of you, and how they overlap and intertwine.

navigate anxiety, life transitions, and redefine who you are - not just who other people want you to be.

I specialize in working with people who:

are exploring their identities as a 2SLGBTQ+ person, or as a a third culture kid or as part of an immigrant family, or if you're reclaiming your sense of self as a recovering people-pleaser, high-achiever, or someone lost in toxic relationships.
