I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques while creating a safe space for my clients to be themselves, guide the direction of their counseling sessions, and receive valuable feedback to assist them with overcoming their issues.

I specialize in working with people who:

are Millennial's & Gen Z-ers that are struggling with imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety, work stress, work-life balance, ADHD, postpartum depression, women's issues, relationship issues, life transitions, criminal justice and immigration issues.

I became a therapist because:

my brother suffered mental health issues due to his military service & I wanted to be the change he wished to see while seeking help.

I am trained to complete Immigration Evaluations. I offer morning, afternoon and evening hours. I offer a sliding scale. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to new countries and experiencing new cultures and foods.
