Do you have anxiety or doubt about whether you belong? Are you struggling to embody the "real" you? I offer space to think and feel without judgement and to reconnect with what helps you feel safe, supported, and excited to be alive. Sessions with me are warm and casual, where we can cuss and laugh and cry together. I enjoy "diving in" to your goals.

Process and explore your experience of being human, often focusing on aspects that aren't welcome at dinner parties or in "polite" conversations. My goal is to empower you to be as real and unmasked as you are able.

Do not conform to stereotypical expectations, in how they present, act, think, and/or feel. As a neurodivergent, queer, and mixed person, I know how uncomfortable societal expectations can be, and how freeing it is to say "fuck that" and create a life that fits my needs.
