My clients describe me as:

honest, direct, funny, and empathic. My clients come to me because they are sick of being stuck in their own shit and are ready to try something new.

Something to know about my approach is:

that I am an active and direct therapist. My clients are used to getting homework- things like journaling, new behaviors to practice, readings, podcasts, etc! I don't beat around the bush and want you to get the most out of therapy.

Together, we will:

work hard to find out what ISN'T working for you. What keeps you stuck? We will explore how you were raised, how the systems around you impact what you know and believe, and any unlearning that might have to happen for you to move forward.

I specialize in working with people who:

are feeling stuck, hopeless, or exhausted. My clients tend to have a hard time asserting their needs, saying no, balancing stressful life events, and going deep in their relationships (friendships, romantic, or even just family). I see clients 18+.

I became a therapist because:

staying stuck in your shit is so LAST YEAR. My own experience with therapy the past 15 years has changed my life- now it's your turn.
