We will work to identify and address your concerns. We will establish a safe, comfortable environment where you are free to discuss anything with full confidentiality. Common topics are: anxiety, depression relationships, career, grief, addictions.

My practice is diverse - I work with people of all ages, life styles and backgrounds. I see both children and adults. I provide individual and couples counseling. In addition, I am also a licensed addiction counselor.

I love people and the idea that we are all connected. After a long career in the corporate world, I was able to return to my first love counseling.

I provide a laid-back environment, and offer in-person and telehealth.
