About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

a problem solver. I will work to empower you and address your concerns with tangible skills to practice in-and-out of session.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am passionate about working with women to achieve mental, emotional, and spiritual health. If you are experiencing concerns related to womanhood we may be a good therapeutic match.

  • Together, we will:

explore the mind-body-spirit connection to find a balance that is unique to your needs. I will work alongside you to establish skills, like changing unhelpful thought and behaviors patterns, to equip you to handle life's stressors confidently.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing concerns related to womanhood including: unhealthy or unfulfilling relationships, reproductive choice, perinatal mood changes, motherhood, infant/child loss, or recovery after sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse

  • I became a therapist because:

I experienced the healing power of therapy myself and was moved by how powerful it felt to be able to successfully cope with adversity

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Since I provide telehealth services, I can serve anyone in the state of Texas. You are not limited to choosing a counselor in your area.

  • More about me and my practice:

Previous clients have told me they appreciate the education that is provided when we begin therapy. I am a strong believer that "knowledge is power" and once you understand why you experience difficult emotions, we can learn how to manage them.
