I use proven methods - Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian analysis, and solution-focused approaches - to create a therapeutic experience that's meaningful and poetic, while also helping you create space for wonder, playfulness, and joy, and feel better sooner.

Together we will help different parts of your personality finally be heard. Through dialogue, the tension inside will begin to ease, freeing energy that was tied up in conflict and allowing your system to come into harmony. That energy can then support your goals and aspirations.

My clients describe me as smart and full of spark. I know how to initiate and carry out big life changes—from emigrating to building a dream home, changing careers midlife, and becoming a mother. I know how to meet obstacles along the way and get stronger as a result. I also love creating beauty, whether through pottery, knitting, or funny video clips.

Midlife is when we set out to transform a "normal" life into one that truly feels like our own: to seek deeper connection with others, bring more spontaneity to how we move through the world, and find purpose, wonder, and joy in the routines that shape our days. I help people in midlife connect with what makes them feel most alive.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent twelve years as a software engineer in corporate R&D - work that taught me to see patterns, untangle complexity, and find elegant solutions. A deeply positive experience in my own therapy and a long-standing interest in psychology inspired me to pursue a career in counseling, and now I bring these skills to therapy.

I work on multiple levels: addressing individual trauma; examining scenarios rooted in family and culture of origin; and, on a universal level, drawing on archetypes and the hero’s journey. Through this work we differentiate the unique self from the collective, gaining freedom while honoring identity and belonging.
