I use an individualized approach to therapy, working with clients to find what treatment fits best. I like to take pieces from different kinds of therapy and use them as needed to best support you. I like to base sessions on what you want therapy to look like.

Together we will identify your goals for therapy and find a treatment plan that works for you. Your treatment plan will depend on what kind of therapy best suits your goals and what works best for you to be successful. As your therapist, my goal is to help you build lifelong skills for healing, growth, and resilience.

My clients would describe me as honest and straightforward, but also kind and approachable. I am not the type of therapist to beat around the bush; my clients have frequently described me as a "no BS". My clients have described my style of therapy as unique, and I have tended to work well with people who have had bad prior experiences in therapy.

I have worked at all different levels of mental health care, including in-home services, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient therapy. I have also worked in leadership roles, provided mentorship and clinical guidance to other therapists.
