I work collaboratively with my clients to identify treatment goals and ways to identify progress in treatment. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, including utilizing CBT, DBT, interpersonal, and psychodynamic approaches.

We will work together to identify treatment goals and areas to address in the first few sessions, while being open to what might emerge during the process. Often times, this includes identifying how early experiences impact us as adults.

My clients find me open minded, empathic, warm, and someone who likes to find humor in the everyday life.

I specialize in treating adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have a particular passion working with women struggling with infertility and postpartum moms.

Throughout my 10 years as a psychologist, I learned that HOPE is a powerful tool that can help transform lives, even in the most dire of circumstances. This led me to open my own practice, Hope Reimagined Psychological Services.
