My style is warm, relaxed, and collaborative—I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical checklist.

I offer trauma healing through inner child therapy, PACT couple therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and neurodivergent-affirming care. I am ever mindful of identity, culture, and the impacts of society at-large.

Whether struggling with long-held grief, overwhelm from past trauma, addiction, or being neurodivergent in a world that does not accept you as you are, I’m here to share a space where all parts of you are seen, valued, and supported.
