I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I also use Dialectical Behaviors Therapy and Psychodynamic. During our initial session, we will discuss what brought you into counseling to ensure we are a good fit and what will work best.

We will work on any of the following issues: anxiety, Depression, Stress, behavioral issues, anger management, alcohol use, substance use, addictions, sexual addiction, codependency, and a variety of other issues.

I am virtual only, so you can have your therapy session in your home environment, where you are most comfortable.
