My clients describe me as:
very calm and joyful as well as empathetic and direct. I often get told that I have a kind way of saying hard things people needed to hear.
Something to know about my approach is:
It's very focused on everyone's need. I think every individual needs something difference since we are all different people, so I do a lot of eclectic therapy to meet the need of the client sitting in front of me whether virtually or in person.
Together, we will:
walk through a lot of the pain, hurts, and shame that are felt throughout life and helping you navigate holding those pains with also figuring out your identity and the best way to live your life once learning how to make your own healthy choices.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety of any sort, grieving, trauma, self-esteem issues, betrayal in a relationship, and couples who are trying to figure out how to connect; as well as, people in different life transitions.
I became a therapist because:
I love to give clients hope and encouragement while also showing them that they can be fully known and loved in life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It's in Montrose in an old home, so it feels very homey! We offer different types of drinks plus coffee in the waiting room!
More about me and my practice:
We are located in the Montrose area and College Station area! I work in Houston on Monday-Wednesday and College Station on Thursdays!
