I take a holistic, integrative, and individualized approach founded in compassion and tailored to the individual needs of my clients. This is always done within the framework of empowerment, as I firmly believe you are the expert on your life.

Together, we will:

identify those areas where you feel stuck and where you would like to see change. Sometimes if you’ve been through trauma, you may feel feel like you don’t even know who you are anymore, and that’s ok too. We can explore that together.

I specialize in working with people who:

are in the process of healing from domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual abuse or who are childhood survivors of sexual abuse and all the ways that manifests in your life such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional dysregulation and grief.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help make the world a better place and I think that happens when we can heal ourselves, and help others in their own journeys.

More about me and my practice:

I love to read, write, study and spend time in nature. When I'm not doing those things, I'm a bit of a sci fi / fantasy geek so I'm either watching Star Trek (old and new!) or listening to an audio fantasy novel. I look forward to learning about you!
