Hello Lovely Ladies! I’m a National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional who specializes in helping women with Anxiety navigate major life changes! I help women like you build resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and develop strategies to manage anxiety so you can live with greater confidence and clarity!

Together, we will work to tame your anxiety and take your power back! We'll navigate anxiety by challenging your long-held anxious thoughts; create a plan to help you adjust to major life changes, and work towards creating a more healthy & balanced mindset!

My clients describe me as a therapist who understands firsthand the anxieties and pressures that comes with juggling multiple roles as a woman! I help my client's know their self-worth and create a safe space for them to explore and unlearn old patterns. My clients know that I make their mental health and learning to love themselves again, a priority.
