I highly value the therapeutic relationship with my clients! I will meet you where you're at, while also compassionately pushing you forward :) I firmly believe that anyone can change for the better if they learn how to & are motivated to grow.

I became a therapist because:

Through my own life experiences, I developed a fascination of the human mind and why people do the things they do. I've always thought & felt deeply.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's a beautiful and calming space. The couch is extra comfy! If we do virtual therapy, you may get to meet my cat, Leo :)
