I work with each client, where you are as an individual. I believe an eclectic approach grounded in Brainspotting, Mindfulness, CBT, person centered therapy, and a psychodynamic perspective to help in reaching your goals.

There are no guarantees or quick fixes it will take time, grit, and true participation from both of us. No amount of therapy can undo the past, but when we are successful you will hopefully be able to live within your truth, fully embracing life.
