First thing clients of mine should know, is that they are not alone. I want clients to feel safe, comfortable and validated from the start. I like to start at the beginning of clients stories to get the full picture and create the best plan of care

I mainly utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, where we work on reshaping irrational thoughts and beliefs, with the utmost empathy and compassion. We will work collaboratively to ensure that each session is getting you closer to where you want to be

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also specialize in personality disorders. These struggles should not be faced alone; I want my clients to know, asking for help is the best thing you can do

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist, because having gone through my own mental health battles, I knew I never wanted anyone to go through the same, and feel alone.

More about me and my practice:

I graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Psychology, and then a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UT San Antonio. Helping others is my biggest passion in life and I would be honored to be entrusted with your care
