I work within a psychodynamic framework. This means I will spend time getting to know you and your story and take a dive into all the experiences that make you who you are. I firmly believe that our early life experiences shape who we become.

work together to build trust through open communication, accomplish your therapeutic goals, and address any needs that might come up along the way. We will be a team and work at your pace.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, connectivity and interpersonal relationship issues. I work mostly with Men ages 20-45. I find it that working in my age range offers a unique perspective to address men's issues that I too face.

I became a therapist because:

I find people interesting. Since a young age I have always been draw to helping guide people through difficulties. That has never changed!
