My clients describe me as compassionate, understanding, and empowering—a steady guide through healing and life’s challenging transitions.
Something to know about my approach is that I blend empathy with evidence-based techniques, creating a safe space for clients to explore, process, and heal at their own pace.
Together, we will explore themes of resilience, self-empowerment, and healing. We’ll work on processing past trauma, strengthening relationships, and building tools for navigating life’s transitions with confidence and peace.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens and Adults who are struggling with navigating trauma, challenging life transitions, and relationship struggles, including veterans, and first responders.
I became a therapist to help others heal, inspired by my own experiences with trauma and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is the convenience of virtual sessions and in person making support accessible wherever you are.
I'm dedicated to helping clients rebuild after trauma and life changes, using a compassionate, evidence-based approach. In my practice, I work with veterans, first responders, and individuals facing transitions to create a safe, healing environment.
