I like to take a person centered, solution focused approach to treatment. As a therapist, I am big on education: helping the client understand their diagnosis, medications they be prescribed and the recommended course of action.

Clients working with me will be learn about their diagnosis, create treatment goals that they can work towards and learn healthy coping skills with the use of CBT techniques.

I specialize in ages 6-99+. I have worked in the community based and hospital setting providing mental health services (individual/group/family therapy) to those experiencing severe mental illness.

I love the mental health field and being able to help people navigate life and the symptoms they are experiencing.

I am a therapist that meets the client where they are. I can hold sessions in office, home, somewhere in the community or via telehealth.

I am currently accepting clients with Texas Medicaid in the Dallas County.
