My therapeutic orientation utilizes integrative and trauma-focused psychotherapy and counseling from a humanistic approach. I'm trained in Brainspotting to help process trauma. I'm currently training for an internal family systems certification.

I specialize in complex trauma, complex bereavement, grief, trauma (abuse/neglect), communication problems, mood disorder, anxiety, relationship issues/ intimate partner violence, military issues, severe mental illness, and eating disorders.

In the darkest moments in life and I know how powerful it is to have someone supporting and encouraging you to be your best and most authentic self.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Currently, we meet via tele-mental health. That means less travel time and hopefully makes it easier to spend time together.
