    I specialize in complex trauma, complex bereavement, grief, trauma (abuse/neglect), communication problems, mood disorder, anxiety, relationship issues/ intimate partner violence, military issues, severe mental illness, and eating disorders.

    In the darkest moments in life and I know how powerful it is to have someone supporting and encouraging you to be your best and most authentic self.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

    Currently, we meet via tele-mental health. When in-person (someday) my office is inside of a coworking space in the east end.

    I believe therapy is an inviting place where every single part of you is welcome, even the difficult parts that are hard to share. Everyone is an individual, not a label, offering clients more acceptance and security in our therapeutic relationship.
