My clients describe me as:
I have an easy-going, but direct therapeutic style. I am able to tell things how it is, while remaining objective and collaborating with you.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary therapeutic intervention, seeing clients adults individually.
Together, we will:
be able to discuss depression, anxiety, women veterans issues, moral injuries within the military, and adjusting to military service transitions (ex: retirement/separation), and toxic leadership.
I specialize in working with people who:
served in the military, are veterans, and their family members based on extensive personal experience.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy seeing the change people make in the daily lives that has a positive impact on them.
More about me and my practice:
I joined Serenity House Counseling, PLLC in March 2021.
